Layers

Layers are, without a doubt, the single most important aspect of Photoshop. Nothing worth doing in Photoshop can or should be done without the use of layers.

I have an example to show how layers work.

1. First, I open my picture from my desktop.

2. The picture will automatically become Background Layer. This is first layer.

3. Then, I create a new layer. This is second layer.

4. Use Text Tool to text words "Nemo Fish". It will under to the new layer.

5. In the Background Layer, right click to click Duplicate layer. It will copy a layer to another layer. This is third layer.

6. Select the Quick Selection Tool to select the picture without select the nemo fish.

7. So, now go up to the Filter menu, choose Blur, and then choose Gaussian Blur.

8. The background of the nemo fish become blur. This is all for the third layer.

Finally, my nemo fish is done.

Mid-Autumn Festival

I decided to choose Mid-Autumn Festival for my E-wallpaper.
This is a festival celebrated by Chinese and Vietnamese people.

About Mid-Autumn Festival :
The Mid-Autumn Festival, also known as the Moon Festival. The Mid-Autumn Festival is held on the 15th day of the eighth month in the Chinese calendar, which is in September or early October in the Gregorian calendar. It is a date that parallels the autumnal equinox of the solar calendar, when the moon is at its fullest and roundest. The traditional food of this festival is the mooncake, of which there are many different varieties.

The Mid-Autumn Festival is one of the few most important holidays in the Chinese calendar.Traditionally on this day, Chinese family members and friends will gather to admire the bright mid-autumn harvest moon, and eat moon cakes and pomelos under the moon together.
